Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Thank you for shopping with Hidrocool.

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Hidrocool is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at pepeluisdelamo2@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at pepeluisdelamo2@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it as quickly as possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will review your claim and provide an appropriate solution.
